"To day FM discussed the issues relating to approval of CR proposals of CBEC and CBDT with Revenue Secretary and Chairmen of both the Boards. It was decided by FM that the Secretary DOPT will be requested to approve the CR of CBDT immediately. As regards CBEC, FM has directed for supply of the revised proposal to all staff associations for their comments and after receiving such comments the proposal will be examined again for approval. This is a victory for the JAC".
One "Killi Srinivas Reddy " also posted that" Another victory for AICEIA, that Board has decided to upgrade all the Inspectors who have joined on or before 31.12.2002 as Inspector to the post of Supdt and they will work in-si-tu" However confirmation is awaited.
