SUPREME COURT- Next Date of listing in ratio case is 05/11/2012 (Monday)
APEX COURT REJECTED THE CONTEMPT PETITION ON TO DAY. HOWEVER THE COURT WILL DECIDE ABOUT THE DATE OF IMPLEMENTATION OF NEW RR WITH REVISED RATIO ON 1ST WEEK OF DECEMBER, 2012. THIS IS BAD NEWS FOR OUR ENTIRE CADRES.
No where in the officical website of supreme court of india's site, it is mentioned that the contempt petition has been rejected. Further, the next date of hearing is on 11.12.2012 and not 5.11.2012.
