why the association is not filing an early hearing application in the case?
It seems no action is being taken for expediting the hearing in this case. It's probably because of non-communication between the affected parties and the Ld.Advocates for the Respondents. The interested officers residing in Delhi may please coordinate through the Association for necessary interaction with the Advocate so that the case is finalized, whether in favour or not of the respondents. Thanks.
