Friends, Options for AGT-2009 from Superintendents and Inspectors has been called for from the effected officers by the JC CCO,JZ Jaipur vide File C.No.II-3 (03)/CCO/JZ/ET/2009/ dated: 18/02/2009. Officers who have or would be completing station tenure as on 30th June 2009, may sent their options for the next place of posting in the proforma, through proper channel, so as to reach by 2nd March, 2009.

Sub:- Calling for options from Superintendents and Inspectors for AGT-2009 -reg.
As per the new transfer policy issued vide this office letter of even no.1075-77 dated 17.02.2009 the tenure of Superintendents and Inspectors at a particular station is fixed as per the details below:
(i) 5 Years tenure at Jaipur.
(ii) 4 Years tenure at Jodhpur and Udaipur.
(iii) 4 Years tenure at all Central Excise Divisional Headquarters except Bhiwadi, Sikar, Bhilwara & Chittorgarh.
(iv) 3 Years tenure at Bhiwadi, Sikar, Bhilwara & Chittorgarh.
(v) 2 Years tenure at all Central Excise Ranges/Sectors situated out station of the Central Excise Divisional Headquarters.
(vi) 2 years at Customs Divisions Bikaner & Sringanagar.
(vii) 1 year at Customs Division, Barmer & Jaisalmer and all Customs Ranges including LCS Munabao.
The Superintendents/Inspectors, who have or would be completing station tenure as on 30th June 2009, should be advised to express their options for the next place of posting in the enclosed proforma, through proper channel. The options received from the officers should be forwarded to this office by 2nd March, 2009 positively.

It may, however, be mentioned that the expression of options would not vest any right in any officer for a posting at the place opted for by him.
The Controlling Officers would verify the particulars of the Officers from Service records, before forwarding their options to this office.
The Dy./Asstt. Commissioner of the Customs will verify the leave records of the Superintendents/Inspectors who have been on long leave during their tenure at the stations mentioned at Sl. No. (vii) above and send a specific report in this regard.

General election has been declared and scheduled to be held between 16th april to 13 May and once again order will be shifted to May/June for one or another reason.
It is difficult to break the barrier in jaipur commissionerate, as it does not accept the good thing in several attempt whereas absorb the bad thing at once.
