what a mockery, in further transfer, Jaipur-I commissionerate has shifted some persons from non senstive to non senstive whereas blessing are given to some protocol officers as evident. Rajsico ( 6 months) Preventive ( 3 yrs.) and now Bhiwadi
Prev.( 3 yrs.) now Bhiwadi to another preventian.
Third preventian, on request to Bhiwadi
I think protocol is must to get the good posting.
One person from RPO ( 1yrs.) total tenure at Jaipur only 1 yrs. transferred to Bhiwadi, no request , I think good worker but in other field. I think nothing can happen to this commissionerate.
WORKER ROTEY RAHENGEY, PROTOCOL OFFICER JIMTEY RAHEYNGAY.

There is gross discrimination in transfer & postings on the basis of this so called GENDER (“WORKER” V/s “PROTOCOL Officer’s”. At one hand we coming from border have been directed to work in service tax division, whereas at another hand “PROTOCOL OFFICER’s posted in sensitive charge have again posted at most sensitive station of the zone”.

Where is the policy?& what is the policy?, some freinds are saying that officers posted in service tax will also get exposure of central excise ranges after a year, as written somewhere in the policy! But what happen this year? We hope that we will oblige to work in legal/tech./review/airport next year!

It is advisable not to insist the matter of any policy deviation with the administration rather it will be appropriate for the association to request the administration to scrap the so called transfer policy for forever.

We can understand that the person sitting on the chair of justice do always justice, no one can blame the god.

If Prez and GS can't answer the following they need to go to _______-

1. Do the respected office bearers of the Association not know about the state of transfer of each and every member?
2. Do they want every member to visit and request them to take up their grievance? That too only to get to know later on that "'Sahab' maane nahi" or "'Sahab' mile nahi".
3. Has Association ever taken self-congnizance over such matters?
4. Do the Association not work only as a messanger and that too on its sweet will and without bearing any results?
5. Has the Association raised questions on 'sensitive to sensitive' v/s 'non-sensitive to non-sensitive'?

In the policy, at Point IV Local rotation at a station has been described. At sub point (C) it has been mentioned that officers posted in Service Tax Ranges be roted to central excise ranges after a year. No doubt, the officers posted at ST ranges have been rotated in a year but in Legal/ Adj./ Tech branches. In policy division poting was for two year, but from ST division the officers not only shifted in a year but also given port / cargo posting. The officers said that the trasfers have been done as per policy. Is this policy. Actually the policy is that the officers having 'Chandi ka Joota' or any godfather should be posted on sensitive postings regularly and others are on non sensitive postings. If no voice is raised aginst such policy, this will be cotinued. Request to association to strongly oppose this policy/thransfers and give justice to the 'Aam aadmi'.

In the transfer policy 'Local rotation at a station' it was accepted that the officers posted in service tax ranges be roatated to Central excise ranges after a year. No doubt the officers have been roatated after one year but in Legal/ Adj./ review branches. The tenure of divisions is two year however the officer from ST division have been shifted within one year to Port/ cargo. Inspite of his the higher officers said that the transfers have been done as per policy. It seems that the policy is that the officers having 'Danda' or 'Butter' should be posted on sensitive postings regularly and other to non sensitive to follow the policy. Similar instances are also found in the transfer orders. Hope association should strongly oppose these orders till justice is received to general condidates.

dear frnds stop wasting time on agt orders ! its always done at the whims n fancies of officers at helm of affairs who watch their personal interests nothing else ,no policy no rules ,no justice!
just try to pay attention towards creation of posts, promotions, grade pay safe guards and proper grade pay to acp n newly promoted inspectors like us!grade pay is an important issue if we fail we will suffer more in future!
