Mr. Balesh Kumar ( DOB 28.08.62), was on deputation as a Consul in the Consulate General of India at Dubai and on promotion as Commissioner he has been posted to Jaipur as Commissioner of Customs Jodhpur.
Mr. Balesh Kumar is one of the best officers in IRS fraternity; He is fair, dashing & hard working. He is familiar to Rajasthan because he worked as an Assistant Commissioner in the Rajasthan during the year 1990-91.
During 2004, he was considered for grant of Presidential Award of Appreciation Certificate for especially distinguished record of service on their achieving and maintaining high level of excellence in discharge of their duties.
